Engineers are expected to leverage modern AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, enhance testing, and increase overall productivity.The ideal candidate already uses tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-powered development platforms on a daily basis. Experience using Claude specifically for code generation, refactoring, debugging, architecture discussions, documentation, test creation, and problem solving is highly valued.Candidates who view AI as an essential engineering partner rather than an occasional experiment will be most successful in this environment.
