In the area of plants, the company provides total solutions for front-end engineering design (FEED) as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Control Assistant to support our project management. Primarily responsible for supporting senior project control managers with duties such as planning, scheduling, estimation, and budgeting, managing the day-to-day project control processes, and completing all tasks assigned by the Lead Project Control Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior project control managers in planning and scheduling projectsParticipate in cost estimation and budgeting processesPrepare project documentation, reports, and records related to project progressEnsure projects are completed on time, within scope and budgetReview and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinancesUtilize relevant software tools for project controlQualifications0-2 years of experience in project control or similar rolesEffective teamwork and communication skillsBasic understanding of project management and control principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)PreferredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fieldFamiliarity with construction-related documentation, such as submittals, daily reports, and schedules.Effective communication, coordination, and teamwork skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsBilingual in English and Korean preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.Additional InformationMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S.On-site work required; occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary based on project needs.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
