Job DescriptionBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - SALES - LARGE FORMAT PRINT GRAPHICS SIGNAGELarge format B2B printing company with an excellent reputation for producing high quality products, short lead-times, excellent pricing, 100% Customer Satisfaction scores with a talented team that clients often depend on for advice to solve problems.Core responsibilities of the role:Utilize a consistent multiple-contact process (phone, email, and social media) to find, nurture, and qualify leads generated by outbound marketing campaigns.Use your excellent communication skills to initiate contact and qualify potential clients and schedule meetings/presentations.Build strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business drivers and identify opportunities for growth.Understanding of strategic and consultive selling principles, applying them to conduct conversations with prospects, building relationships in a comfortable manner, managing and overcoming objectives, offer solutions and close sales.Build and manage an active pipeline of opportunities.Deliver presentations to all levels within a client organizationInteract with internal team to develop sales and marketing strategies and product offers that will win new business.Active outside networking at various networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.Manage and utilize proprietary CRM systems to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers.Take responsibility to ensure your customers' expectations for orders/projects are achieved by meeting and communicating expectations, and timelines with the operational team and external partners.To be successful you will need the following:Hunter mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, objection handling, consulting selling and closing skillsAbility to effectively use technology and social mediaStrong organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of large and small format printingTeam player and collaboratorExperience with prospecting, networking, cold calling and use of CRM tools.Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Printing and Sign industry preferably in large format printing.Compensation and Benefits:Generous compensation packageAnnual BonusBenefitsToolsHybrid work scheduleOnly those qualified applicants with provided resume will be contacted.For additional information on this opportunity contact Lisa Fox directly at 737-825-2609.Resumes may be confidentially sent to lisa.fox@gogpac.com
