Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Compensation Range: $28–30/hr. Overview Lead and supervise on‑site maintenance efforts for multi‑family and student housing properties, ensuring timely service for residents, preventive maintenance, and property upkeep. Responsibilities Address resident service requests and document updates in the property management software. Repair or replace in‑unit and common‑area fixtures to maintain property appearance. Perform in‑unit and community‑wide preventive maintenance. Assist other maintenance team members with landscaping, trash removal, and cleaning. Identify and correct hazardous property conditions. Prepare vacant units and make‑ready apartments for move‑ins. Contribute to a management team culture focused on customer service. Qualifications At least 3 years of on‑site maintenance operations experience. Experience delivering customer service as part of a successful management team. Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system repairs. Familiarity with building operating systems such as trash compactors, pool systems, boilers, and ventilation. Capability with tile, carpentry, and appliance repairs. HVAC certification required. CPO preferred. Must possess certifications/permits required by city or state. Valid driver’s license.
