Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this role* Coordinate multi-disciplinary care by serving as the primary advocate for your patients, ensuring every specialist and team member is aligned for seamless treatment.* Execute life-saving interventions by accurately carrying out physician orders and monitoring patient conditions to respond rapidly to changing clinical needs.* Direct the patient journey by implementing tailored care plans and maintaining precise documentation that ensures high-quality, continuous care.* Facilitate safe transitions by assessing and coordinating discharge needs with the healthcare team, ensuring patients are prepared for the next stage of their recovery.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
