You’ll be responsible for growing our network of distribution partners, dealerships, commercial accounts, and influencer relationships. This position focuses exclusively on outbound business development—not direct-to-consumer online sales.What You’ll Do:Identify and contact new distribution partners, commercial buyers, and dealershipsDevelop and manage B2B accounts and long-term relationshipsRecruit influencers and ambassadors to represent the Tuff Jug brandConduct outbound calls, emails, and prospecting campaignsClose first-time orders and support reorders from your accountsTrack sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM toolsProvide feedback on market trends and partner needsWhat We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or account managementStrong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter with excellent follow-up and organizational abilitiesFamiliarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Experience with dealerships, industrial/commercial sales, or influencer partnerships is a plusBonus if you’ve worked in powersports, outdoor gear, or fuel-related industriesCompensation & Commission:Base Salary: $40,000–$55,000 (depending on experience)Commission:5% on all new dealer and commercial orders you close2% residual on all repeat orders from your accountsBonus for each influencer or ambassador you bring on with a qualifying campaignUncapped earning potential – top performers can exceed $75,000+Benefits:Flexible, primarily remote work environmentPerformance-based bonusesGrowth opportunities with a fast-growing brandDirect impact on company success
