Pro-Life Expansion Coordinator
Position Summary:Seeking an energetic, charismatic, and self-motivated pro-life advocate who is passionate about the pro-life cause and has an aptitude for public speaking and networking. The Expansion Coordinator will be responsible for managing ADA’s college program in their location and on 1-2 other campuses in cities where there is no full-time Programs Coordinator. He or she will need to travel to those cities frequently to train both the college volunteers and local pro-life advocates. Responsibilities: Public Speaking: Present to churches, youth groups, and schools Event Planning: Schedule, plan, and advertise ADA presentationsTravel: Travel to local campuses and expansion locations for presentations and trainings Management: Manage the college student leaders on local and expansion campusesNetworking: Email, call, and schedule virtual meetings with pro-life advocates Marketing: Design email updates for local contacts and expansion locations Fundraising: Organize and plan local fundraisers Donor Appreciation: Thank region and non-region donors for donations Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of ADA contactsQualifications: Passionate about the organization's vision and missionPublic speaking skillsPersonable, charismatic demeanor – must be a “people person”Able to accomplish goals and objectives, hardworking Must be a self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Organization and event planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Must be willing and able to travel. Frequent air travel to target cities will be a part of the job. Must be willing to attend all-expenses-paid, 3-week staff training in Omaha, Nebraska in July 2026 Must be fun, energetic and able to relate well to young adults and teensOther Requirements:Location: Currently live in Kansas or Philadelphia (strongly preferred) or willing to relocate for a minimum of 2 years (required) Driver’s License: Required Work Experience: None required Public Speaking Experience: Strongly preferred Education: Bachelor's (preferred, not required) Must be able to pass Safe Environment Training / Background check
