About SimplAISimplAI is the operating system for AI agents — a full-stack platform that enables enterprises to deploy, govern, observe, and scale autonomous agents.We are defining the next frontier of enterprise AI by enabling organizations to move beyond LLM pilots into production-grade, agentic AI systems.With robust agent orchestration, model management, observability, and enterprise-grade governance, we help companies deploy autonomous workflows with confidence and control.Our mission is to become the Palantir of Agentic AI — powering operational transformation across industries, from insurance and healthcare to finance, logistics, and technology.About the RoleWe are seeking a Director of Sales (USA) to lead SimplAI’s US enterprise GTM and revenue efforts.This is a critical, high-impact role focused on expanding SimplAI’s presence across mid-market and enterpriseorganizations in the United States.You will own regional GTM strategy, build the enterprise pipeline, drive multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and closehigh-value deals across AI, transformation, automation, and engineering teams.This role is ideal for someone who has successfully sold enterprise SaaS or AI platforms in the US, understandscomplex technical sales motions, and thrives in a fast-paced, category-defining start-up.What You’ll Do● Own revenue, pipeline generation, and GTM outcomes for the USA region● Build and execute SimplAI’s US enterprise sales strategy across key verticals: Insurance, Healthcare,BFSI, Technology & SaaS, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Media & Consumer● Run full-cycle enterprise sales: outbound, qualification, deep discovery, POCs, procurement,negotiation, and closure● Sell to senior leaders: CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, Heads of AI/ML, Engineering Directors, Ops &Transformation Executives● Develop strategic relationships with cloud hyperscale's, AI/ML ecosystem partners, SIs, GSI consultingfirms, and data/ML tool vendors● Shape customer success pathways from POC → pilot → multi-year production rollouts● Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Marketing to refine positioning for US enterprisecustomers● Build and maintain high-quality forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline (HubSpot)● Represent SimplAI at major US events and AI/ML industry conferences● Drive multi-threaded sales cycles and influence complex decision processesWho We Are● 10+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales in the US market (AI, LLMs, Cloud, Data, or Automationstrongly preferred)● Proven record of consistently closing large enterprise deals ($250K–$2M+)● Deep experience with multi-stakeholder selling into Fortune 500 & upper mid-market● Strong network across enterprise technology, digital transformation, or AI leadership in the US● Expertise in long-cycle enterprise sales, value selling, and technical discovery● Able to articulate complex AI/ML concepts in clear business terms● Experience working collaboratively with product & engineering in a startup or growth-stage company● Highly entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment● Based in the US (West Coast preferred)Why SimplAI● Be part of a global AI-native platform defining the next frontier of enterprise automation● Collaborate with product and engineering teams building cutting-edge agentic AI capabilities● High ownership and autonomy to shape SimplAI’s USA GTM strategy● Competitive compensation + performance-linked incentives + ESOPs● A fast-moving, innovation-first culture that values velocity, clarity,
