About the Role
We are building a vision and robotics software platform that connects AI models, cameras, robots, PLCs, and user-facing applications into production-ready systems deployed across edge and cloud.
We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer who can work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, and is comfortable building systems that run on AWS and/or Azure, often in hybrid cloud–edge environments.
This is not a pure web role. You will be building the platform layer that vision and robotics applications depend on.
What You’ll Build
Cloud-connected vision and robotics platforms (edge ↔ cloud)
AI inference orchestration and workflow management services
Web-based interfaces for operators, engineers, and administrators
APIs that coordinate vision, logic, motion, and device state
Deployment pipelines for edge and cloud environments
Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end platform features (UI → API → service → device)
Build scalable backend services for vision and robotics workflows
Develop frontend applications for monitoring, configuration, and operations
Integrate AI inference services (vision, OCR, detection, tracking)
Interface with robots, PLCs, cameras, and edge devices
Deploy and operate services on AWS and/or Azure
Design hybrid architectures spanning edge devices and cloud services
Implement authentication, authorization, logging, and monitoring
Optimize performance, reliability, and cost in cloud environments
Core Tech Stack
Frontend
React + TypeScript
Dashboard-style and workflow-driven UIs
Backend / Platform
Python (FastAPI preferred) and/or Node.js
RESTful APIs, async services, job orchestration
Cloud & Infrastructure
AWS and/or Azure (EC2, ECS/EKS or AKS, S3/Blob, RDS/SQL, IAM)
Docker (required)
CI/CD pipelines
Linux-based deployments
Vision / Robotics Integration
AI inference pipelines (ONNX, TensorRT, Triton, or equivalent)
Camera integration (GigE, USB, IP cameras)
Robot / PLC integration via SDKs, APIs, or industrial protocols
Qualifications
3+ years experience in full-stack or platform engineering
Hands-on experience deploying and operating systems on AWS or Azure
Strong backend and API design fundamentals
Experience building production systems with hardware or edge components
Comfortable working across software, infrastructure, and integration layers
Strong Plus (Not Required)
Hybrid cloud–edge architecture experience
Kubernetes (EKS / AKS)
Industrial automation or robotics exposure
Computer vision system integration
Who You Are
Platform-minded engineer, not feature-only focused
Comfortable owning systems end-to-end
Practical, execution-driven, and detail-oriented
Interested in real-world AI, robotics, and automation
What We Offer
Ownership of core platform and cloud architecture
Real deployments, not lab projects
Small technical team with high autonomy
Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Benefits:
Health insurance
Paid time off
Application Question(s):
Have you worked on software systems that integrate computer vision, robotics, or hardware-adjacent devices (cameras, robots, PLCs, edge devices)?
Have you built and deployed a system end-to-end (frontend, backend APIs, infrastructure)?
Work Location: In person
