This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance strategy, team leadership, and equipment reliability while driving a shift toward proactive, world-class maintenance practices. Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage a team of 12 maintenance technicians across 3 shifts • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement • Transition maintenance operations from reactive to preventive and predictive • Ensure maximum uptime and rapid response to equipment failures • Develop and execute maintenance strategies aligned with operational goals • Implement and improve TPM, PM, and predictive maintenance programs • Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions • Support Lean, Six Sigma, and 6S initiatives • Maintain equipment to OEM standards or better • Partner with Engineering and Operations leadership • Support equipment upgrades, automation, and modernization efforts Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience) • Strong leadership experience in manufacturing maintenance • Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, RSLogix), robotics (ABB, Motoman) • Knowledge of fabrication equipment (stamping, welding, presses, brakes, shears) • Experience with predictive maintenance programs • Lean / Six Sigma exposure preferred • Paint systems experience (powder coat, e-coat) is a strong plus Additional Details:• Reports to Director of Engineering and VP of Operations • First shift role with flexibility to support off-shifts • Relocation support available (lump sum, case-by-case)
