With minimal supervision, plans, conducts or monitors experiments, records and organizes data, analyses results, generates robust and reliable data and/or ensures that contracted studies are conducted in compliance with the respective protocol and applicable guidelines and regulations.Responsibilities include:Monitors or follows established experimental design and protocols and performs routine tasks and studies to obtain reproducible and reliable results with limited supervisionPlans, monitors or conducts, analyzes and records experiments, and provides interpretation of dataEffectively transfers experimental methods from literature to the lab and makes modifications as necessaryDevelops and implements new protocols with moderate reviewEngages coworkers in scientific discussionsCommunicates data and interpretation to work groupSkilled at developing systems to ensure quality dataSkilled and/or knowledgeable in the use of standard laboratory equipment and with one or more major laboratory instruments/techniquesEffectively trouble-shoots equipment and experimental difficultiesContributes to internal/external reports, papers, presentations, regulatory documents, invention disclosure submissions and/or patentsParticipates in department-wide support efforts such as safety, recruiting and committeesMay train staff and/or supervise othersCoordinates and organizes resources needed to complete the taskUnderstands when to seek input and when to make independent judgmentsSkills:degree in Biology, Biochemistry or Analytical Chemistry; experience in a Biopharmaceutical working environmentWhy is the Position Open?Supplement additional workload on team.Top Must Have Skills:Cell cultureFlow cytometryProficient in cell-based assaysDay to Day Responsibilities:Perform cell-based assays using primary cells with proliferation readout.Requires to be proficient in flow cytometry and data analysis.Some experience with automationEmployee Value Proposition:The chance to join an industry leader and to expand knowledge and skillsetsRed Flags:No cell culture and flow cytometry experienceInterview process:Webex with the hiring manager and possibly one other team memberWe invite qualified candidates to sendyour resume torecruiting@3keyconsulting.com.
