Chiropractic Receptionist:Busy Chiropractic & Nutrition office in NE Portland seeks a stellar candidate to anchor our front desk. We are looking for someone who is excited about natural healthcare and can convey that excitement to our patients.About You:Our ideal candidate would have some previous experience in either reception or in a healthcare setting. This person would be organized, perceptive, be able to keep our schedule running smoothly & communicate in a cheerful manner with our wonderful devoted patients. Multi-tasking & capacity to think on your feet are great skills for our busy office, where things can change quickly.About Us:We have been open since 1998. We offer full spine and extremity chiropractic adjustments, injury rehabilitation, clinical nutritional consulting, & massage therapy. We have a broad scope of practice & many of our patients have been coming to us since 1998, along with referring their friends & other family members.We like to have a cheerful work atmosphere & promote employee health. The harmony of our team is very important to us.About the Job:Duties include answering the phones, scheduling appointments efficiently, so the schedule flows well (we will train you in this!), contacting patients via phone or email, corresponding with other doctors office, etc, for records & to co-ordinate care, selling whole food & herbal supplements, collecting payments (insurance & cash patients). Many others, too.Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45pm - 6pm closed Friday, Saturday, SundayBenefits: Paid holidays & health/dental insurance after 90 days. Paid vacation & sick time after 1 year.
