We are looking for an RN to provide weekend supervision and support to our floor nurse and NAC staff in order to provide safe, quality care for our residents. Duties may include care planning, incident investigations, care audits, resident assessment and collaboration with other care partners. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.You WillTrain staff and assist the director of nursingSupport dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residentsAssist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulationsEnsure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plansKnow and follow infection control and safety proceduresReview, update and communicate resident care documentation.Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulationsYou CurrentlyPossess a current registered nurse license in good standingTypical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare.
