About The RoleCyber Advisors is a rapidly growing managed services and cybersecurity company. We manage a broad portfolio of client projects across onboarding, infrastructure, cloud, and Microsoft environments — and we're adding a Sr. Project Manager to keep pace with that growth.This is a high-volume, client-facing PM role. You'll own 30–60 projects at a time across varying complexity — from quick-turn service engagements to multi-month onboarding and infrastructure projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment, are wired for structure and follow-through, and know how to manage clients without a script — this role is for you.What You'll DoProject DeliveryOwn the full project lifecycle for assigned PS and MSP engagements — from initiation through closureManage a portfolio of 30–60 concurrent projects of varying scope and complexityBuild and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and surface blockers before they become issuesCreate and maintain project documentation in ConnectWise, including status notes, work plans, and time entriesDrive projects to closure — manage CAF, invoice handoff to finance, and post-project follow-upClient & Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary client point of contact throughout the project lifecycleSend welcome emails, lead kickoff meetings, and provide regular status updatesManage scope and change orders — identify out-of-scope work early and drive CO decisionsKeep MS engineers informed on projects that touch their accountsInternal CoordinationPartner with Sales and Solution Architects on project handoffs — understand scope, dependencies, and client context before kickoffAssign and coordinate engineers and consultants based on skillset and availabilityEscalate issues quickly and propose solutions — don't sit on problemsContribute to PMO process improvement initiatives, templates, and documentationRequiredWHAT YOU BRING5+ years of project management experience in a Managed Service Provider or IT services environmentDemonstrated ability to manage a large, concurrent project portfolio (not one big project at a time)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, and common SMB infrastructureExperience with ConnectWise Manage or a comparable PSA toolExcellent written and verbal communication — with both technical teams and non-technical clientsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities without dropping the ballPreferredExperience with Moovila or comparable resource scheduling toolsPMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification (or actively working toward one)Familiarity with cybersecurity services including penetration testing, risk assessments, or compliance engagementsExperience contributing to or building PMO processes, templates, or SOPsExposure to post-acquisition integration or rapid organizational growthWhat Success Looks LikeProjects are initiated on time and clients hear from you before they have to askYour portfolio is clean — statuses are current, documentation is complete, nothing is lingeringChange orders are flagged and driven to resolution, not ignoredEngineers and clients both know what's happening and what's nextYou're contributing to how the PMO gets better, not just running your book of business WHY CYBER ADVISORSA PMO that's actively maturing — you'll help shape how we work, not just follow a playbook that already existsDiverse project portfolio across managed services, cybersecurity, and complianceCollaborative team that takes ownership and pushes each other to be betterHybrid flexibility, competitive compensation, and real room to growWhat We OfferCompensation commensurate with experience and performance-based incentives.Vacation and PTO.Employer-paid Health and Dental Insurance for CA employees.401(k) with employer matching.Opportunities for professional development, including certifications and ongoing training.Engaging, dynamic work on a wide range of client security challenges.
