Responsibilities:
Job Description
Design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy high-performance C++ software for real-time tactical and simulation systems. Collaborate closely with engineers, program managers, and key stakeholders to define and meet performance, reliability, and verification requirements. Contribute to system architecture and design decisions as a core member of a Tactical Software Development team.
Required Qualifications
Experience working within Agile development environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including C++, Python, C, Java, and Lua
Prior experience with tactical control systems strongly preferred
Experience developing and working in a Linux-based environment
Qualifications:
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated proficiency with modern C++ and the Standard Library (e.g., containers, threading, iterators)
At least 2 years of experience developing networked and distributed software applications
Active DoD Security Clearance
