Our mission is to simplify spaces, making homes and work environments more enjoyable and manageable. Role Description This part-time, on-site role is based in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Professional Organizer at Bee Organized Scottsdale, you will work closely with clients to declutter, organize, and optimize their living or workspaces. Key responsibilities include assessing organizing needs, developing customized solutions, assisting with packing and unpacking for moves, and ensuring that clients feel supported throughout life transitions. Strong attention to detail, client collaboration, and a passion for organization are essential in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Decluttering, Space Planning, and Organizing TechniquesAbility to Manage Time Effectively and Prioritize TasksStrong Communication, Active Listening, and Client Support SkillsAdaptable and Flexible in Various Home and Business EnvironmentsPhysical capability to manage moving and organizing tasks, including lifting and shifting itemsReliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites within Scottsdale and surrounding areasPrevious experience in professional organizing or related fields is advantageous
