This position would perform assembly, testing, and packaging of sub-assemblies and finished products in a clean room environment in accordance with approved method sheets.Located in Fairfield County, CTCONTRACT POSITIONShift: 1st and 2nd shift availablePay: $17.50-18.50/hourKey ResponsibilitiesPerform hand assembly of sub-assemblies and finished products, working independently and as part of a teamBuild intricate assemblies by following approved method sheets and written proceduresConduct mechanical and electrical testing on completed sub-assemblies and finished goods to ensure compliance with product specificationsPerform a variety of assembly duties within one or more factory work cellsMaintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with daily housekeeping activities as requiredFollow all written method sheet procedures across multiple product linesWear required work cell attire, which may include mandatory uniforms and/or clean room garmentsFollow direction provided by team leads or supervisorsPerform additional duties or assignments as required by managementQualificationsExperience with hand assembly in a production or assembly line environmentAbility to assemble small parts using microscopes or magnification toolsSoldering experience preferredMedical device assembly experience preferredKnowledge of factory assembly processes and procedures"This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
