Quad's Hartford facility is seeking Day Shift Part‐Time General Laborers to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity to learn the printing process from the ground up in a progressive, high‐tech manufacturing environment. Many employees who start in this role advance into full‐time Machine Operator positions , making this an ideal entry point for individuals seeking long‐term career growth.This position follows a 2‐3‐2 rotating day shift schedule , and applicants must be able to commit to one of the following:Tuesday, Wednesday & every other Sunday (7 AM – 7 PM) ORThursday, Friday & every other Sunday (7 AM – 7 PM)Attendance and schedule consistency are crucial for effective training, seamless team coverage, and operational success.Part‐time General Laborer roles at Quad serve as a primary feeder pool for advancement into Machine Operator positions .
