Our moto is small case load = Big Impact!Role DescriptionThe Behavioral and Speech Institute of Texas, PLLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater McAllen Area. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and supervising behavior technicians. Regular responsibilities include evaluating client progress, providing parent education and training, collaborating with other professionals, and ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.QualificationsExpertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Strong skills in Behavior Management and implementation of intervention strategiesExperience in providing Parent Education and supporting caregiversBCBA certification and licensure in the state of Texas (or eligibility for licensure)Excellent communication and organizational skillsExperience working with children, particularly children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum DisorderTeam-oriented and committed to collaborationBilingual (English and Spanish)
