The role involves planning and executing verification and validation activities for hardware components and systems, including defining test strategies, test cases, and procedures in alignment with project requirements and industry standards. The individual will perform hands-on testing, measurement, and analysis of circuit behavior, document test results, and support issue debugging and root cause analysis with the hardware design team. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional engineers, reviewing hardware specifications and schematics, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and maintaining clear, accurate technical documentation.
