While the organization already has foundational elements in place—including an LMS, eLearning modules, and learning platforms—they are expanding significantly.This role will help revamp the eLearning platform, build certification programs, and develop online workshops to support customer training and adoption. The Content Developer will translate training strategies into engaging learning experiences such as eLearning modules, video tutorials, simulations, and live training materials.This is a highly collaborative and customer-facing role that works closely with SMEs, Instructional Designers, and cross-functional teams.Must-Have SkillsStrong instructional design experience with knowledge of eLearning development toolsHands-on experience with:Articulate RiseArticulate Storyline (Required)Adobe Captivate (Required)Camtasia or Adobe PremiereSnagitGoogle Docs / Google WorkspaceSolution-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively recommend improvements and solutions during content development Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience working on healthcare software training projectsMac environment experienceStrong video creation/editing experienceDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManage and administer the Learning Management System including enrollments, reporting, and content deploymentPull and analyze training reports and learner dataRevamp and expand the eLearning platform, certification programs, and online workshopsDevelop high-quality training materials including:eLearning modulesVideo tutorialsInteractive simulationsScenario-based learningBuild content using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe CaptivatePartner with the Senior Instructional Designer to translate training objectives into engaging learning experiencesDesign and maintain customer-facing training and certification contentBuild interactive learning assets for live virtual training sessionsCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure training accuracy and alignment with product featuresContinuously improve training assets using learner feedback, usage data, and customer insightsOccasionally facilitate virtual sessions to model best practices and gather user feedbackTSG is an equal opportunity employer.
