You must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.No C2C or 3rd parties, please.Title : Design Coordinator (Designer IV)Location: Houston, TX 77056 - Hybrid (Mon-Thurs onsite in Houston, Friday remote)Duration: 6 Months Contract role with possibility of extensionJob Description:Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills:Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Power Apps.Basic knowledge of design software like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Visio is advantageous.Familiarity with design processes, industry guidelines, and workflows.Education and Experience:Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, design, or a related field is preferred.Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination role, preferably in a design and drafting or creative services environment.Certifications: Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus but not mandatory.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely completion of projects within the agreed deadlines.Adherence to budget and resource allocation plans.Positive client feedback and satisfaction rates.Reduction in project delays or bottlenecks due to effective problem-solving.Quality and consistency of design deliverables.
