This role requires a candidate with a technical background in food manufacturing quality and auditing with experience in both the plant and corporate environments. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and maintaining partnerships with co‐manufacturing, 3PL providers, and supplier partners, ensuring exceptional product quality and regulatory compliance across the Beverage Client Company network.The Role Beverage Client Company is seeking an experienced Quality Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a candidate with a technical background in food manufacturing quality and auditing with experience in both the plant and corporate environments. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and maintaining partnerships with co‐manufacturing, 3PL providers, and supplier partners, ensuring exceptional product quality and regulatory compliance across the Beverage Client Company network.What You Will DoEnforce compliance to product and process specifications at partner sitesLead the establishment and implementation of Beverage Client Company Food Safety and Quality policies and requirements for co‐manufacturing partnersConduct regular quality system audits, recommending improvements aligned with strategic business goals and ensuring Beverage Client Company standards are always executedFrequent onsite review of production, sanitation, and program recordsSubmit comprehensive audit reports within established timelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance to standardSupport commercialization of new product innovations and product trialsOversee continuous improvement of product quality and plant quality systems through corrective and preventive action programsCoordinate and lead incident management and investigations for assigned partners both virtually and onsite as required; this includes incident‐related data collection, interpretation and reporting of key information to stakeholders, and execution of the business decision regarding product dispositionSupport internal and external partners through traceability and mock recall exercises ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvementDevelop, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to product quality, safety, and partner performanceMaintain positive relationships with co‐manufacturing and supplier partners, promptly addressing inquiries and concernsMaintain thorough partner recordsKeep abreast of relevant regulations and standardsFacilitate the resolution of customer complaints through effective corrective action processes between partners and Beverage Client CompanyCollaborate on cross‐departmental projects, taking a leadership role as necessaryEstablish professional rapport with colleagues at all levels, embodying company culture and values**If you'd like to hear more about this opportunity and others we are currently working on, please contact Kristine O'Sullivan atkosullivan@cps4jobs.com.JO: 9.19.25AKO$100,000 - $128,000 + BonusMedical, Dental, LTD, STD, Tuition Reimbursement is also offeredJob Requirements What You BringExperience working in a high‐growth environment where decisions are made swiftly, and priorities shift throughout the day.Ability to travel up to 75%, including domestic and international travelExperience conducting internal and third‐party auditsComprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, CDPH, etc.) and industry standards (GMP, HACCP, SQF, etc.)Ability to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in processing, packaging, regulatory, or other relevant technical areaAbility to foster and develop positive working relationships with co‐manufacturing and supplier partnersAttention to detail with strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in writing technical documents such as SOPs, reports, and professional communicationsAbility to work effectively in a remote, home‐office environmentYour Background5+ years of experience in food manufacturing quality management, including time as a Quality manager in a food manufacturing facility, conducting internal and supplier audits.Technical degree in food science, biology, agriculture, meat science, or related fieldQuality auditing training or certification through an accredited organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookAdditional RequirementsAbility to travel 75% by plane and car to domestic or international sites.Valid driver's licenseSome lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirements.Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.#J-18808-Ljbffr
