We focus on transforming workspaces, simplifying complexity, and empowering people.With comprehensive capabilities, decades of experience, and expanded delivery teams, we empower global businesses to thrive in the hybrid world, and we are committed to driving a new era of inspiration and opportunity for our people, clients, and partners; one seamless experience at a time.Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Strategic Account Manager into our highly collaborative ad talented sales team, to be responsible and accountable for overall sales processes; from initial contact and understanding client needs to the closure of the product/service delivery.The successful candidate will promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship and solution-based approach.Key Responsibilities:Consultative sales with long sales cycles within the Collaboration industryDrive revenue through recognition and realization of opportunities within accountsWork with customers and internal resources to leverage products and services to enhance customers’ business and grow opportunitiesHelp build the message to sell Kinly Microsoft and Cisco voice offerings to other parts of the customers businessDevelops sales annual account action plansIdentify all customer contract renewals and build plan for the renewal of those contractsDrive profitability revenue growth year over year in assigned accountsMeet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals by executing an account growth strategyWork with Marketing to create Sales Programs centered on OEM endorsementsConduct regular Business Reviews and reporting with major accountsManage relationships with Manufacturers (OEMs), distributors and resellers to further sales opportunities and to ensure continued customer satisfactionProvide input into pricing, positioning and strategy within assigned verticals or marketsResearch, prospect and establish leads for corporate relationshipsPrepare and present proposals to corporate decision makers, build interactive components for all renewal and new business proposals, build interactive presentations that outline features, benefits and unique selling points of interactive propertiesGenerate a pre-determined level of new business revenue Skills & experience:Proven experience operating in a similar role with strong understanding and knowledge of the Collaboration marketplaceStrong relationship builderCapable of developing accounts, while proactively targeting new opportunitiesComfortable managing relationships with executive level contactsSuccessful track record of winning and closing deals in competitive environments, as well as identifying new opportunitiesComfortable with domestic travel requiring multi-night stays and international travelValid U.S. driver’s license is a requirement and must be willing to apply for security clearances and other related clearances to be able to work at certain customer locations If you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.If you do require details of the vacancy or the application process in an alternative format, please email jobs@kinly.com outlining your requirements.Equal Opportunities:Kinly is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, age, gender identity, pregnancy, colour, race, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, religion or any other ‘protected characteristics.
