Physical Therapist - UVA Health Outpatient Therapy Services - FontaineUVA Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disability for patients across the lifespan.
