Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a maintenance and grounds professional to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for light landscaping/maintenance, park monitoring, and overall park upkeep for two of our properties. Responsibilities Maintain the park's aesthetic appeal. Conducting regular park inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety to reduce vandalism and trespassers. Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks. This includes fixing leaky faucets, repairing or replacing faulty electrical fixtures, and handling general repairs as needed. Address/ troubleshoot plumbing issues such as clogged drains, toilets, and pipes. Additionally, handle electrical repairs like fixing faulty wiring, outlets, and switches. You will switch a weekly on-call schedule with another Maintenance Technician. Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as weed removal, tree/ shrub care and irrigation system maintenance. Collaborating with a team to address any park maintenance issues promptly. Manage the upkeep of all facilities including the park, clubhouse, laundry facility, and showers. Light appliance and light construction projects as needed Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager as needed Qualifications General basic maintenance knowledge. Possess own hand tools Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently. Must have reliable transportation.
