Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.What You Will DoOwn end-to-end commercial relationships with Tier 1 hyperscaler accounts — from design win pursuit through long-term revenue growth and renewalServe as the primary technical and strategic interface between customers and internal engineering, operations, and product teams; translate customer requirements directly into roadmap decisionsLead quarterly business reviews; align on multi-year customer roadmaps, vendor selection processes, and product qualification timelinesDevelop and execute account strategies in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, identifying expansion opportunities across high-power data center product linesTravel to customer sites, R&D centers, and manufacturing facilities — domestically and internationally — to accelerate decision cycles and deepen executive relationshipsCollaborate across global time zones, including coordination with Asia-based engineering and operations teams, to move fast on customer needsWhat We're Looking ForRequired5–15 years in technical sales, account management, FAE, or customer program management within data center hardware, AI server, power electronics, or adjacent domainsTechnical fluency in power supply systems, server hardware, or data center architecture — able to hold architecture-level conversations with engineering and procurement audiencesDemonstrated experience managing or supporting Tier 1 hyperscaler accounts (Google, Meta, Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, or equivalent)Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships and influencing roadmap decisions, vendor selection processes, and multi-stakeholder hierarchiesPreferredBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plusFamiliarity with connector/module solutions, BBU systems, or liquid cooling platforms
