Software Development Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Development Manager in Orange Park, FL.Responsibilities:Work in an agile development environment leading multiple cross-functional teams of software engineers in new product development and maintenance activities, including serving as the Scrum Master on one or more Scrum teamsManage multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with team members to remove impedimentsWork with product management and project management to drive the Agile process, including release and sprint cycles, to ensure high quality releases delivered on scheduleAssist Director with iterative improvements of software deployment processes to improve frequency and quality of releasesWork with product management and engineering leadership to determine priorities and create technical solutionsManage performance of team members through goal setting and measurement, coaching, recognition, and feedback through regular check-ins and formal performance reviewsLead the continuous improvement of software development and test processes through collaboration with peers and architects, including architectural reviews, security and compliance reviews, code reviews, and the delivery pipeline* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field10 years of experience as a software developer after receiving degreeTechnical leadership responsibilities as a team lead or at a comparable levelVisa sponsorship is not available for this positionApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified informationPreferred Qualifications:* Experience in our current stack: C#, Angular 2+, SQL Server
