Job DutiesStart Date: 07/16/2026End Date: 08/09/2026Work hours: 36 hours/week, Monday - Saturday, 6 hours/day, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.Must Apply By: 7/29/2026Job Duties:Operate equipment used to harvest crops. Drivers responsible for transporting workers will be required to have a valid and unexpired Federal Farm Labor Contractor or Federal Farm Labor Contractor Employee Registration with driving authorization. Will be responsible for operating the motorized vehicles and equipment used to move crops on the farm. Must be able to safely operate the buses that are used to transport workers to and from worksites. Should be able to provide proof of accident-free driving record and background. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Must be able to reach, bend and lift items weighing 80 pounds. Must be able to work outdoors in dusty/dirty conditions, in extreme heat and cold inclement weather. Workers may be required to assist in the completion of the fieldwork being performed. Worker may be required to operate farm vehicles to move between field locations. Must be able to work in fields where ants, snakes and poison ivy are encountered. The alternative work is truck maintenance and farm maintenance – including the repair, irrigation, vehicles and various equipment and tools used on the farm. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts (Updated 04/07/2026).
