Registered Nurse (RN)

Two Palms, a 50 bed facility, is looking for a Registered Nurse Shifts: PM (3pm-11:30pm) Full Time Pay: $48-$55 Duties: Assist medication and treatment nurses Supervise work flow to ensure quality resident care Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members Qualifications: Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Familiarity with medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Supervisory experience desired but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay Paid Time Off and Sick Leave Health, dental, & vision insurance Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status Job Types: Full-time Schedule: 8 Hour Shif Holidays Overtime Weekends Full-time (30-40 hours per week) License: BLS, ACLS (Required) Registered Nurse (RN) (Required) Language: English (Required) Spanish (Preferred) Work authorization: United States (Required) Work Location: One location Specialty : Geriatric Employer type: Nursing home Completed license needed: Upon starting work Benefit Conditions: Only full-time employees eligible Work Remotely: No
