Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Optional Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Supplemental Medical insurance, Pet Insurance, and ID & Legal Shield 401k with company match Professional and Personal Development, Including Continued Education Assistance Compensation: $25-$40 per based on experience and certifications Preferred Qualifications: Licensed HVAC Technician with knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications. 3 to 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience (residential and light commercial), including HVAC system troubleshooting/repair High School diploma or GED Excellent written and verbal communication skills High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record EPA Universal Certified (Preferred) Must be able to pass drug screen and background check. Physical Demands: Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day. Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis. Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold. Primary Job Functions: Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. Perform preventative or general maintenance procedures, such as cleaning, power-washing, or vacuuming equipment, oiling parts, or changing filters Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and complete repairs of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems. Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck, Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets. Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
