We are looking for an educator who is passionate about early childhood learning and committed to nurturing the whole child-academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. The ideal candidate creates a warm, structured, and engaging classroom environment where young learners feel supported and inspired to grow.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with school curriculum and Catholic educational standardsFoster a positive, faith-centered classroom culture that encourages curiosity, kindness, and a love of learningIntegrate Catholic values, prayer, and faith experiences into daily instruction and classroom lifeAssess student progress using a variety of tools and provide timely, constructive feedback to students and familiesCommunicate regularly and professionally with parents/guardians to support student growth and strengthen the school-home partnershipCollaborate with colleagues, support staff, and administration to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environmentDifferentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs, abilities, and learning styles of young studentsMaintain accurate records, lesson plans, and documentation in accordance with school and Archdiocesan guidelinesParticipate in school events, professional development, and faith-formation opportunities as part of the school communityUphold and model the mission, values, and expectations of All Saints Catholic ChurchJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related fieldValid Missouri teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain)Experience working with early learners preferredStrong classroom-management skills and a nurturing, patient approachCommitment to Catholic education and willingness to support the faith formation of studentsExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsThe Archdiocese of St. Louis Catholic Education and Formation is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
