Director of Marketing

Catch the Wave with Surf Thru Express Car WashWe are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Director of Car Wash Marketing to scale our rapidly growing, multi-site car wash express brand across 45+ locations in the Western U.S. In this role, you will own the growth engine of our business, leveraging digital marketing, customer lifecycle strategies, and local community engagement to accelerate membership acquisition and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).Direct experience within the car wash industry is strongly preferred for this position. If you are an industry growth marketer who loves digging into CRM data but also enjoys designing the physical on-site customer experience, this role is for you.The RoleGrowth & Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase retail-to-membership conversions, and decrease churn.Customer Acquisition: Lead digital and local marketing initiatives.Community Outreach & Partnerships: Build local partnerships to drive brand loyalty and organic traffic.Data Analytics: Use CRM data and analytics to track membership retention, measure LTV (Lifetime Value), and optimize marketing spend.On-Site Experience: Oversee on-site branding, signage, and marketing messaging to ensure consistency with our digital presence.Who You AreIndustry Experience: Direct marketing experience within the car wash industry is preferred.5+ years of growth or membership marketing experience.Background in subscription-based services or multi-location retail.Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and hitting acquisition KPIs.Experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and customer lifecycle campaigns.Strong analytical skills; experience with data analysis to drive customer behavior interventions.Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with regional managers, site leaders, and external community partners.
