Videographer

We are looking for a Videographer to create compelling visual content that connects with audiences in the healthcare, medical, wellness, or supplements space. This Long-term Contract position is based in Houston, Texas, and focuses on producing both short-form and long-form video assets in collaboration with clinic staff, physicians, and marketing partners. The ideal candidate brings a strong eye for storytelling, can shift between high-resolution production and more informal low-fi content, and is comfortable managing projects from filming through final edit.Responsibilities:• Capture and edit a range of video content, including promotional pieces, educational materials, training segments, and social media features.• Partner closely with doctors, clinic teams, designers, and marketing stakeholders to develop video concepts that reflect audience needs and brand goals.• Plan and execute on-site video shoots, selecting appropriate framing, lighting, audio, and production techniques for each project.• Produce both high-production-value visuals and more authentic low-fi content depending on campaign objectives and platform requirements.• Shape raw footage into finished deliverables through strong post-production editing, pacing, sound balancing, and visual refinement.• Coordinate project schedules and priorities to ensure content is delivered on time across multiple concurrent assignments.• Support content development by helping translate ideas into clear visual narratives, shot plans, and script-ready video formats.• Maintain organized video files, production assets, and editing workflows to streamline ongoing content creation.• Proven experience in videography and video editing for branded, promotional, instructional, or training-focused content.• Background creating content within healthcare, medical, wellness, or supplement-related environments is strongly preferred.• Ability to produce both low-fi and high-resolution video content with equal attention to quality and audience engagement.• Hands-on knowledge of camera operation, video recording techniques, and production equipment used in high-quality shoots.• Strong post-production skills, including editing footage for multiple video platforms and content formats.• Experience managing timelines effectively while balancing creative quality with deadlines.• Ability to collaborate confidently with physicians, creative teams, and marketing partners in a collaborative setting.Innovation starts with people.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
