Job Description : Implementation Coordinator at HumanlyImplementation CoordinatorLocation: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week) or Remote (eligible states: IL, FL, GA, SC, TX, AL, WI, ME)About HumanlyAI-native hiring software for hourly, frontline, and high-volume hiring. Serves 9000+ interviews/day for customers including Microsoft, Domino's, MGM Resorts, Massage Envy. Series B funded ($25M). HQ in Bellevue, WA with global team.What You'll DoImplementation Support & Coordination: Support end-to-end implementations (kickoff to go-live), schedule/facilitate discovery sessions, maintain project plans, track action items.Platform Setup & Technical Coordination: Configure platform (AI Recruiter, AI Interviewer, Talent CRM, ATS integrations), support integration setup, validate field mappings, escalate issues.Customer Communication & Internal Partnership: Provide clear communication to customers, prepare agendas/capture notes, partner with Implementation Managers, CS, Product/Engineering.Contribute to improving internal playbooks, templates, and documentation.What We're Looking ForRequiredStrong organizational/project tracking skillsExperience at a tech company or sophisticated work environment (Internship OK)Comfortable with technical concepts (integrations, data mapping, workflows)Excellent written/verbal communicationAble to manage multiple projects with competing prioritiesComfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environmentAvailable onsite in Bellevue, WA 4 days/weekPassion for helping customers succeedNice to Have1+ years in customer operations, implementation coordination, project coordination, or customer success (SaaS preferred)Exposure to HR tech (ATS, HRIS, HCM) – UKG, ADP, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, etc.Experience supporting integrations, field mapping, or implementation checklistsBackground in high-volume/frontline hiring (retail, QSR, healthcare, logistics)Startup/scale-up experience building processes and documentationSuccess in the First 90 DaysDays 1–30: Ramp on platform, integrations, methodology; shadow implementations; build relationships.Days 31–60: Support 2-3 active implementations; run meeting logistics; handle customer coordination independently.Days 61–90: Manage broader portfolio; drive timelines; keep stakeholders aligned; help customers go live smoothly.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $60K - $65KEquity participationHealth, dental, vision coverageUnlimited PTOAccess to product you're proud to implementLearning & development stipendWellness stipend401(k) program12 weeks fully paid parental leaveRecognition programs, prizes, company retreats, team building eventsEligibilityOpen to candidates in: Illinois, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Alabama, Wisconsin, Maine.
