Senior Site Safety & Health SpecialistEarthStream Global are seeking a Senior Site Safety & Health Specialist to provide on-site safety leadership for commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a local candidate with hands-on experience supporting complex, high-risk builds.What You'll DoLead and enforce site-specific safety and health programsEnsure compliance with OSHA and applicable safety regulationsConduct job site audits, safety walk-throughs, and risk assessmentsManage incident investigations, near misses, and corrective actionsStop work when unsafe conditions exist and partner with project teams on resolutionsDeliver safety training and promote a zero-incident cultureCollaborate with clients, project teams, and subcontractor safety representativesMaintain all safety documentation in an audit-ready stateRequired Experience & QualificationsExperience on BESS, Substation, Power Generation, or Mission Critical (data center) projects requiredCommercial building construction experience7 years construction safety or construction management experience (education-equivalent combinations accepted)Strong knowledge of OSHA Construction & General Industry standardsOSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Construction CertificationProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointValid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sitesAbility to work flexible site schedules as required
