Strong tight knit culture.Responsibilities; Lead day-to-day field operations for large-scale heavy civil projects including earthwork, utilities, concrete, roadway, and structural activities while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.Coordinate subcontractors, craft labor, equipment, and material deliveries to ensure safe and efficient execution across multiple work fronts.Enforce OSHA compliance, site-specific safety plans, and company safety policies through daily inspections, toolbox talks, and corrective action management.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and owners to resolve field issues, track progress, manage look-ahead schedules, and support budget and productivity goals.Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure work is performed according to contract requirements, project sequencing, and quality control standards.Mentor field supervisors and foremen while maintaining strong communication with clients, inspectors, and local agencies to support successful project delivery.Essentials;Minimum 15 years of experience in the heavy civil construction industry (direct oversight of highway, bridge, site development or W/WW projects from a GC perspective). 10 years as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction. Open to travel across the Southeast (3 weeks on, 1 week off), you will be based out of Atlanta, GA. Strong safety, project delivery and client satisfaction track record.
