SR. PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

The Sr. Project Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and project support to APC Operations and Engineering. This role will provide project support to Project Managers, manage and maintain project documentation, assist with all aspects of project management tasks and activities, and ensure compliance with operational policies and reporting procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Point person for document control by managing and tracking all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Maintain various data and compliance with LDX project management software (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
Support PMs in the shipping and tracking of all parts and equipment against the project Bill of Material, including creating packing lists, and other documentation for domestic and international shipments.
Involves interaction and coordination with project teams, contract personnel, Engineering, and other functional or support departments.
Track and manage project tasks and submittals through the LDX project management software.
Coordinate and track all project purchases against the Bill of Material from requisition through expediting of equipment and tracking of shipments to site.
Set up, monitor and assist in maintenance of project data in LDX project management system. This includes compliance with LDX processes as well as tracking progress of tasks and oversite of progress.
Perform various duties as requested by PMs to support a successful project completion.
Set up and coordinate submittals and transmittals in the Project management system and follow up on the status.

5+ years experience in a project support or similar role
Experience with cloud-based construction management packages
(Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
Familiarity with industrial construction and engineering terminology and concepts a plus
Working knowledge of project-based programs such as Intaact a plus, but not required
Travel: Less than 10%
