The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling matters in general litigaiton, preferrably in business, employment and commercial matters, with strong litigation and/or pre-litigation skills. This position involves managing a diverse caseload, providing strategic legal counsel, and representing clients in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.Civil Litigation Attorney Key Responsibilities:Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pre-litigation strategy, discovery, motionsRepresent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution forums.Advise clients on risk management and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.Negotiate settlements and work to resolve disputes in a cost-effective and timely manner.Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other correspondence.Develop strategies to prevent legal issues and minimize exposure for clients through proactive counsel.Civil Litigation Attorney Qualifications:3+ years of experience in civil litigation matters.Trial preparation and/or direct trial experience.Proven ability to handle a full caseload with minimal supervision.Strong negotiation, communication, and writing skills.Ability to provide clear, concise, and practical legal advice to clients.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package.Professional development and continuing education opportunities.Supportive, collaborative work environment.If you are a dedicated attorney with a passion for Civil Litigation, we encourage you to apply.
