Position: .NET Backend DeveloperDuration: 12+ MonthsLocation: Hybrid Atlanta, GA(3 Days onsite required)Interview: Phone & VideoW2 candidates only Responsibilities:Lead team of developers (3-4 employees, 6-8 contractors - mix of on and off-shore)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical specificationsDevelop and maintain complex home grown Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) applicationDesign and implement scalable and secure database structures and integrationsTest, debug, and deployMaintain code quality and security standardsStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to back-end developmentMentoring and coaching developers on team Ideal Qualifications:At least 7-10 years of experienceRequired technologies: .NET (v6 and Core), C#, SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, SSRS/SSISNice to have tech skills: Azure (may convert application to cloud in 1-2 years)JIRA for backlog managementBlend of Application and Data Engineering skills - Anyone with 70/30 combo skills is great (could be 70% experience in data 30% app dev or vice versa)Potential to move into design aspects of software developmentPrevious experience leading a dev team or interest in doing so/right disposition/potential for thisSoft skills: leadership, strong communication, interest in learning business context, good listening skills/ability to partner with business stakeholders
