Job DescriptionAmerican Traveler is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a travel job in Wellington, Florida.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Electrophysiology TechnicianDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalStart Date: 04/06/2026Duration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelAssignment OverviewShift: Days, 5x8hrsHours: 40 hrs/wkStart Date: Apr 6, 2026Length: 13 weeksOpenings: 1DescriptionAmerican Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician with 2+ years of Cath Lab and/or EP experience for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute care hospital in Wellington, FL.DetailsWork in a multidisciplinary cardiac catheterization lab supporting patients undergoing invasive diagnostic cardiac and vascular testing and interventional proceduresProcedures include cardiac catheterization, vascular interventions, and electrophysiologyPerforms scrub and monitoring duties utilizing catheterization and radiology imaging equipmentMonday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with on-call requirements40 hours per weekRequirementsMinimum of 2 years of Cath Lab and/or EP experience in a US hospital requiredRCIS or ARRT certification requiredActive BLS and ACLS (AHA only) requiredNIHSS certification requiredDegree in a related field (BA, BS, BSN, or AA) or equivalent experience requiredActive license required, if applicable — no pending licenses acceptedUS SSN required for considerationDate of birth required for considerationMust reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this positionAdditional InformationProvides scrub and monitoring support for diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular proceduresOperates and applies prescribed procedures for radiology imaging equipmentTwo manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the most recent 12 months, with at least one reference from the most recent employerAHA-issued certifications only are acceptedCPI certification is mandated for this positionAmerican Traveler Job ID #P-687596.
