Job Title: Business/Regulatory Analyst – CIS TransformationLocation: Hybrid (Onsite Tues–Thurs in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN)Duration: Contract (Long-term project with potential extension/conversion)OverviewSeeking a Business/Regulatory Analyst to support a large-scale Customer Information System (CIS) transformation program. This role focuses on regulatory analysis, process design, and supporting system modernization efforts impacting billing and customer-facing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze regulatory, tariff, and legal requirements and system impacts Support discovery, design workshops, and implementation activities Respond to stakeholder and regulatory inquiries Assist in process design and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors Participate in daily standups and project meetings RequirementsExperience in regulatory, compliance, or legal analysis Strong research and analytical skills Experience in large transformation or implementation projects Strong communication and stakeholder management Preferred SkillsCIS/system modernization experience Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence Utilities or large enterprise background
