This role involves providing clinical services within Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs). The ideal candidate will be proficient with EHR platforms and possess a dedicated background in geriatric or long-term care populations.Responsibilities:Deliver individual mental health services to residents across your assigned territory.Conduct geriatric-focused assessments and therapeutic interventions.Manage a caseload that fits your schedule — flexible or full-time (up to $160K/yr).Submit session notes biweekly using the organization's digital system.Coordinate professionally with ALF staff, families, and our leadership team.Maintain compliance with Florida licensure requirements and organizational standards.Required Qualifications:Active Florida LCSW or LMHC license (Post-internship new licensees are welcome).Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or equivalent.Own a reliable vehicle for travel to ALF locations across your assigned territory.Comfortable working independently in the field with elderly/geriatric populations.Organized and committed to biweekly clinical documentation deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with elderly, geriatric, or long-term care populations.Prior experience in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), SNFs, or residential settings.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or online clinical platforms.Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a strong plus.
