It includes a strong emphasis on parental involvement, student interaction, student interest, technology acquisition, computer-based learning, laboratory work, and real-world learning environments.Job SummaryAeroSTEM Academy is seeking a collaborative Middle School Core Teacher (Grades 5-8) to help students navigate the critical runway between elementary and high school. In this role, you will work within our unique Core Team Model, moving beyond the isolated classroom to partner closely with grade-level colleagues and support a shared cohort of students. Whether specializing in STEM (Math/Science) or Humanities (ELA/History), you will serve as a consistent anchor for your students, balancing academic rigor with the social-emotional support needed during these transitional years. We are looking for an educator who values relationship-building as much as content mastery-someone eager to engineer a classroom culture where it is safe to fail, learn, and grow as part of a mission-driven flight crew.
