This individual will serve as both a trusted client advisorand an engagement leader, partnering closely with practice leadership todrive strategic client outcomes, delivery excellence, operationaltransformation, and practice growth.This role reports directly to the Director and will play an active rolein influencing practice strategy, client growth opportunities, serviceevolution, and AI-enabled consulting innovation.While technical fluency is important, this role is centered on strategicleadership, business transformation, and cross-functional collaborationrather than deep engineering expertise. The ideal candidate is highlyclient-facing, influence-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial. Theyshould be equally comfortable facilitating strategic discussions withclients, leading delivery execution, managing engagement financials, andhelping shape the future direction of the practice.We are looking for someone who can bridge business and technicalconversations, guide implementation teams strategically, solve complexorganizational problems, and build trusted relationships with clientsand internal teams.**Key Responsibilities** Lead strategic advisory engagements with Federal/SLED clients,serving as a trusted advisor and facilitating discovery, planning,alignment, and transformation discussions. Oversee client engagement delivery, including timelines,deliverables, risks, budgets, forecasting, staffing needs,communication, and overall engagement health. Partner across consulting and technical teams to translate complexbusiness, organizational, and technology challenges into actionableplans and successful delivery outcomes. Support practice growth by identifying client needs, expansionopportunities, service improvements, and ways to scale deliveryquality and operational effectiveness. Explore opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies toimprove consulting delivery, client outcomes, and practiceinnovation. Maintain a 60% utilization target while balancing delivery quality,client satisfaction, and profitability.**Ideal Candidate Background**Experience 48 years of consulting experienceRequired Active Secret Clearance or willingness to obtain one Must acquire Atlassian certification by passing two AtlassianCertified Professional exams and maintain them by achievingadditional Atlassian CE Credits Experience in client-facing consulting roles Experience leading workstreams, projects, or small engagements Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Federal consulting experience Organizational transformation experience Change management exposure Experience managing budgets or engagement financials AI curiosity and experimentation Experience supporting modernization initiatives Exposure to Agile delivery or enterprise SaaS implementations
