KovariMillbrae, CAJuly 1st, 2026
About UsAt Kovari, we're rethinking how physical work gets done in the age of robotics. We build general-purpose robots that take on the physical, repetitive work that keeps the world running. Proliferating useful robots into the real world is a first-class innovation problem in itself—one we solve by marrying deep operational obsession with fast-paced engineering. Since inception, we've raised over $6M from industry-leading investors to carry out our mission. The RoleAs a Robot Operator, you generate the training data that powers our autonomy stack. Every task you demonstrate teaches our systems how to operate in the physical environments where Kovari's businesses run. This is hands-on work with cutting-edge robotic systems, executing diverse tasks to high standards of quality and consistency. What You'll DoTeleoperate robotic arms across a range of tasks using our control systemsLead movements directly (the robot mirrors your actions) or guide robots via specialized controllersExecute tasks from everyday manipulation (folding, sorting, picking and placing) to multi-step assemblyMaintain rigorous data quality and consistency across every demonstrationHit established volume and quality metrics each shiftReview and annotate robot-performance videos; provide detailed feedbackAssist with equipment setup and process improvements as neededThis is a metrics-based role involving repetitive task execution. Data quality is critical to our success. What We're Looking ForMeticulous attention to detail and strong manual dexterityHands-on technical, lab, or precision-work experienceComfort with repetitive, precision-focused work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentGenuine interest in AI and roboticsNice to have: robotics/automation experience, manufacturing or lab background, controller/gaming familiarityRequirementsAbility to stand at a workstation for 8-hour shifts; full use of both arms and hands; good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.Schedule & CompensationShift (8 hours, 30-min lunch + two paid breaks):Morning: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PTPatterns: Mon–Fri · Minimum 5 days/weekCompensation: $25/hour + benefits
