The Dean of Students will be responsible for implementing the institution's vision for staff who work directly with students and for providing strategic leadership in all student life functions. Key responsibilities for the Dean of Students at the company include overseeing departmental budgets, daily operations, and the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of a diverse professional staff. The role also involves direct supervision of directors in multiple functional areas and providing support and guidance on performance management, succession planning, teamwork, and operational matters that align with the institution's strategic direction.
