Associate Attorney

Job description:We are seeking highly motivated applicants for a full-time position as a personal injury attorney.We are interested in employing hard working, motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with others. We offer outstanding benefits, and the chance for growth in a supportive workplace.Responsibilities:- Represent clients in personal injury cases including but not limited to automobile accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.- You will ultimately manage your own personal injury docket from intake to trial. Duties include but are not limited to the following:Sign up new personal injury clients.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.Prepare pleadings and written discovery.Prepare and conduct depositions.Attend court hearings and mediations.Prepare cases for trial.Qualifications- Must be Licensed to practice law in Texas. **Candidates planning to sit for the Texas Bar or waiting on results are also encouraged to apply.**- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage a big caseload.- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.- Spanish fluency preferred, not required.If you are a highly motivated individual seeking to put your advocacy skills to practice fighting on behalf of injured clients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
