Service Coordinator III
TITLE: SERVICE COORDINATOR IIILOCATION: Ashburn, VAGeneral Responsibilities IncludeAccept in bound service calls and dispatch technicians as neededVirtually Monitor customer systems to ensure all equipment is functioning properly (as needed)Complete scheduling and rescheduling as needed for all services ensuring that the system schedule is updated accurately dailyMaintain the preventative maintenance schedule for assigned customers ensuring that all services are completed as contracted.Manage third party contractors, schedule and coordinate all services as neededProvide clear and timely communication to our customers at all timesProvide clear and timely communication to our internal team at all timesFollow up on all outstanding service requests ensuring that all services are completedEmail all service reports to customers, once all services have been completedFollow up with the project management team to ensure that all technicians follow up items listed on the service reports are proposed and submitted to the customer for approvalEscalate all issues and concerns as identified to ensure timely response and resolution to our customers.Scan, categorize and save all applicable documentation into their appropriate locations in the system for future referenceManage all services from end to end ensuring all areas of the service requests are completedFollow all internal operational processes as instructedJob Requirements: (Preferred)At least 4 years of scheduling/monitoring experienceExperience working with data center environmentsMust possess exceptional customer service skillsMust have exceptional communication skillsMust have problem solving skillsMust have the ability to multi task efficientlyMust possess exceptional time management and organizational skillsMust have a sense of urgency to ensure all requests are managed in a timely mannerMust be able to work independently and with a teamMust be available to be placed on the rotating service after hours on call scheduleWilling to work some evening and weekend shifts as neededMust have reliable transportationMust maintain a professional demeanor at all timesMust be a US CitizenComputer SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteCertificates And LicensesNo certificates or licenses required for this position.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNo supervisory responsibilities for this position.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
