The teacher designs andimplements lessons aligned with Ohio Learning Standards, differentiates instruction for diverse learners, and facilitates critical thinking, problem-solving, and personal developmentamong students during this transitional stage of education.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education; valid Ohio Grades 4-9 or 7-12 Science teaching license.Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and staff. Effective classroom management strategies that promote engagement and productivity.Proficiency in integrating technology into instruction and assessment.
